Cranberry Pull-Apart Bread

Last night my mom's friend told us about a yummy recipe for rhodes rolls that we are totally going to make this year. It reminds me of monkey-pull-apart-bread. It sounded so delicious, but we are going to make a couple of tweaks to it...

Ingredients, as outlined by Rhodes Rolls:
24 rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
**1/2 box butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix, non-instant
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
**3/4 cup craisins

Instructions:
Thaw rolls until soft (about 2 hours at room temperature). Spray bundt pan (or angel food cake pan). Cut dinner rolls in half. Put pecans and craisins on bottom of pan. Arrange rolls in pan. Sprinkle pudding mix over the top. Combine brown sugar and butter. Heat together until butter is melted and a syrup is formed (microwave about 1 1/2 minutes). Pour syrup over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise in cool oven overnight, until double in size or even with top of pan. Carefully remove wrap. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking. Let sit for 5 minutes. Loosen from sides of the pan with a knife and invert onto a serving plate.

**We chose to use vanilla pudding and craisins because I am in a cranberry mood lately.

YUM!!! I'm so "essited" to try it!!!

(I tweaked the instructions slightly to make it a bit easier and faster. You can watch a video though at rhodesbread.com to see their way to do it.)
